| | man....i tried to sleep but something's in the way. so i might as well elaborate right now.
my dad was dining at a thai restaurant with friends as usual and he
apparently choked on something after the meal. my dad's friends called
the ambulance and they gave instructions on CPR and etc. just when i
was about to go off to a bar with friends (and right after chilling
with another group of friends), i got a call from my mom, telling me
that my dad fell unconscious and to wait for her outside my house. and
so i did, when we got to the restaurant, the police officer told me
that they suspect my dad had a heart attack and that he's on his way to
the hospital. when we got there, the doctor told me that my father
passed away just like that.
for the entire night, i haven't shed one tear. all i felt was
shock. my arms and legs just felt loose and uneasy. i try to sleep and
my heart just aches (not literally but it's hard to explain or
describe).
i've never really encountered the loss of a loved one before
(espeically someone this close to me). the last time it happened. i
also never shed a tear. |
